Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary
Because our products are digital PDFs delivered instantly, we generally cannot offer refunds once the PDF has been delivered. However, we'll make it right if something goes wrong — read on for details.
1. Digital Products — No General Refunds
All purchases on ExamCondensa are for digital PDF files delivered electronically. Once a PDF has been delivered to your email or is available in your Library, the sale is considered final.
2. When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:
- Payment charged but PDF not delivered — you paid but never received the PDF (within 24 hours of payment).
- Duplicate charge — you were accidentally charged twice for the same product.
- Wrong product delivered — the PDF content does not match the subject you purchased.
- Corrupted file — the PDF cannot be opened or is unreadable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
3. When Refunds Are Not Applicable
- You simply changed your mind after purchase.
- You found the same questions/answers available elsewhere.
- You disagree with the AI-generated answers (solutions are study aids, not official answer keys).
- You did not read the product description before purchasing.
4. Cancellation
Since PDFs are generated and delivered instantly (or within minutes for custom orders), there is no cancellation window. If payment was initiated but not completed, no charge is applied.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@examcondensa.com within 7 days of your purchase.
- Include your registered email, subject code, and Razorpay payment/order ID (from your confirmation email).
- Describe the issue clearly.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
- Bank processing times may add 3–5 additional business days.
